1. General provisions

This policy explains how personal data submitted by website visitors is processed and protected. Data is processed lawfully, only for specified purposes and no longer than required for those purposes or by law.

2. Data we process

When an enquiry is submitted, we may process the name, telephone number, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, selected room or venue, bathhouse or gazebo, comments and other details voluntarily entered in the form.

To record the enquiry and its advertising source, we may collect the IP address, browser, device, User-Agent, date and time, page address, referrer, search query, UTM and advertising parameters, yclid and gclid. When analytics cookies are allowed, the Yandex Metrica ClientID and counter ID may also be attached to match the enquiry with the visit.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• receiving and processing a booking or callback request;
• recommending a room, venue or experience and contacting the user;
• arranging accommodation, an event or another requested service;
• maintaining enquiry history, securing the website and preventing spam;
• measuring advertising effectiveness and improving the website where separate consent for analytics cookies has been given.

Processing is based on the user’s consent, actions requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and the requirements of Russian law.

The operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorised recipients, restrict, delete and destroy data by automated, non-automated or mixed means.

5. Recipients and services

To the extent necessary for handling the enquiry and operating the website, data may be shared with the hosting and email providers, authorised hotel employees, private Telegram and MAX channels, Google Sheets, a connected CRM or online booking service where those integrations are enabled. When analytics cookies are allowed, technical data may be processed by Yandex Metrica.

The operator does not publish or sell users’ personal data.
