Consent to personal data processing

By selecting the checkbox below the form and submitting it, the user freely and voluntarily gives ООО «Нежинка» Парк-Отель» consent to process the submitted personal data.

Data and purposes

Consent covers the name, telephone number, stay dates, guest count, selected service, comments, page and traffic source data, UTM and advertising parameters, IP address, browser and device details. When analytics cookies are allowed, the Yandex Metrica ClientID and counter ID may also be included. Data is used to receive the enquiry, contact the user, recommend and provide services, record the enquiry and assess the advertising source.

Operations and recipients

The user permits collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised employees and connected notification services, restriction, deletion and destruction of data. Enquiry notifications may be sent by email, to a private Telegram channel, MAX, Google Sheets, an external CRM or booking service when those integrations are enabled.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are fulfilled or it is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law. Consent may be withdrawn by email to 203796@mail.ru. The operator may continue processing without consent where another legal ground applies.

Confirmation

Consent is recorded together with the date, time, document version and technical details of the enquiry. The checkbox is not preselected and must be selected by the user.
